- I grant permission to the ConnectED 2010 Conference and assign the right to reproduce presentation materials in the conference proceedings.
- I affirm that the material/s used in my presentation are original work, is not under consideration by another publication, and has not been previously published.
- I affirm that any needed copyright permission has been obtained to use copyrighted materials. The original source of the materials will be given full credit.
- I represent that I have the right to grant to ConnectED 2010 Conference the rights and benefits set forth herein, without violating the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and I am not aware of any claim against me by a third party for a violation of any such rights. In the event that a third party makes a written claim that my/our materials or any reprint of my/our materials has infringed its rights, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConnectED 2010 Conference from any damage or expense that may arise in the event of a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
- In the event the above work is not accepted and published by ConnectED2010 Conference or is withdrawn by the author(s) before acceptance by ConnectED 2010 Conference the foregoing copyright transfer shall become null and void and all materials embodying the work submitted to the ConnectED 2010 Conference will be destroyed.
- I am aware that if anyone contests in writing the ownership or credibility of the material, the material will be removed until the parties involved resolve the conflict.
- I understand that any commercial products (equipment, tapes, books etc.) used in the presentation(s) are for demonstration purposes only. Reference to particular products are for information only and do not constitute endorsement by ConnectED 2010.
- The Author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on behalf of any and all co-authors.
